These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services.
By using the services provided by Startup Packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
StartupPackages.com provides a logo plus landing page package for $3,499. The details of the package, including features and deliverables, are outlined on our website.
Payment for our services is required upfront. The client has two weeks from the date of payment to cancel services and receive a full refund, if not satisfied. After this period, the payment is non-refundable.
We strive to have everything, including the logo and landing page, up and running within three weeks from the date of payment, provided that all necessary information is promptly provided by the client. =
Upon completion of the project, both the logo and landing page become the exclusive property of the client. All intellectual property rights related to the design work are transferred to the client. =
You agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of the web design project. Delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the project timeline.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and any proprietary information.
Startup Packages is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. =
Either party may terminate the services at any point. If the client chooses to terminate within two weeks after the project start date, a full refund will be issued. After this two-week period, the payment is non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania.
